Quantity Surveyor/Construction Manager/Estimator

We specialise in sewage and drainage repairs and multi utilities civils projects. Due to an increasing workload we require an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Construction Manager/Estimator to join our team in the new year.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Preparation of Tenders
• Control of small civils projects
• Final Account preparation, client invoicing
• Cost and risk management
• Measurement of works carried out
• Document control

The Candidate

• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Awareness of contractual obligations, breaches and remedies
• Good communication skills
• Numerical accuracy and strong IT skills

Salary: Circa 60K + Benefits
